What we replace
Five things, all of them replaced in full. We do not take on repair work, so if what you have needs patching we are not the right call for it.
Windows and Doors
New windows and exterior doors fitted into the openings you already have, taking the old units out and the new ones in.
The old units come out and new ones go in. We are not reglazing, adjusting or resealing what is already in the wall.
Siding
The old siding comes off the house and new siding goes on, wall by wall, until the whole exterior is covered.
The whole exterior gets covered, wall by wall, rather than one patched section blended into the old material.
Decks
A full deck replacement. We pull the old structure out and build the new deck in its place.
The existing structure comes out and a new deck is built in its place, rather than boards being swapped on a frame that stays.
Roofing
A full roof replacement, from stripping the old roof off through to the new one being finished.
The old roof comes off before the new one goes on. We do not patch a section and leave the rest.
Gutters
New gutters and downspouts to move roof water away from the walls and the foundation.
New gutters and downspouts across the run, rather than a length spliced into what is there.
